Eligible applicants obtain Vanuatu citizenship and a passport in approximately 6 to 8 weeks through a non-refundable DSP donation from USD 130,000 for a single applicant. The program operates remotely with mandatory biometric capture in Vanuatu or at approved overseas locations including Dubai, Hong Kong, and Noumea.
Vanuatu combines zero personal income, capital gains, and inheritance tax with full dual citizenship and visa-free access to approximately 93 countries. The European Union ended Schengen visa-free travel for Vanuatu passport holders in December 2024, and EU restoration is under review pending continued due diligence reforms.
