Who am I going to talk to?
Your meeting will be with a consultant from Golden Harbors, a company helping people with global residency, relocation, and citizenship options. Our team is fluent in several languages, including English.
How does the consultation service work?
Four easy steps:
1. You choose the date/time that suits you in the calendar.
2. You can send your list of questions in advance.
3. You receive an email with a link to connect on Zoom/Google Meet.
4. You click the link to join the call a few minutes before the chosen date/time. Your consultant may be with another client just before, so please wait to be allowed to enter the room.
What is the time zone in the calendar? Are the timeslots local time?
Below the calendar, a dropdown menu indicates the time zone and the current time in that time zone. It automatically detects your country and adjusts. If the time indicated is incorrect, click the dropdown menu and select your time zone. This will automatically update all times so that you can book an appointment in your time zone. Available timeslots do not always match the usual office hours of our consultants, as we often accommodate clients from different regions.
Can we do an in-person meeting?
No. Our consultants are based in different countries and travel regularly, so all consultations are online.
Can I invite a family member/friend to the meeting?
Of course. Feel free to share the link with them. You can also add their email when booking using the "Add Guests" button below the email field. They will automatically receive an invitation.
I am in a rush. Are you available sooner than the slots in the calendar?
The booking system only lets you book up to 24 hours in advance, to avoid people booking at the last minute while consultants are busy with other clients. If your case is urgent, you can book the next available date in the calendar and add a comment that you would like an earlier meeting. We will review your request and, if possible, manually adjust your appointment. Kindly do that only if your situation is urgent.
Can you check my questions before I book a consultation?
We assist clients worldwide with relocation, residency, and citizenship programs. You can book, and we will be able to reply to your questions. During booking, you can send your list of questions in advance, so don't worry—we will be prepared.
Can I change the time of the meeting?
Yes. Write to us (the email is at the bottom of the page) from the same email you used to book the meeting. Changes are only allowed up to 24 hours before the meeting. No-shows are not refunded.
