Donation to the Egyptian Treasury — from USD 250,000 non-refundable
Make a USD 250,000 non-refundable contribution to the Egyptian Treasury state revenue account. The simplest and cheapest route, with no operational, holding period, or business management requirements. The contribution goes directly to Egyptian state revenue.
Real Estate Investment — from USD 400,000 in Egyptian properties, held for 5 years
Purchase Egyptian real estate worth at least USD 400,000, held for a minimum of 5 years. The investment may include one or more qualifying Egyptian properties. Real estate ownership rights are protected by Egyptian property law and the title is registered with the Egyptian land registry.

Receive the 6-month Egyptian residence permit and submit the formal citizenship application under Law No. 173 of 2019. You execute the qualifying investment route (donation, real estate, business, or bank deposit) during this phase.

Cabinet of Ministers (Prime Minister) review and approval of the citizenship application. The Prime Minister issues the official approval decree based on the Ministry of Interior recommendation.
