Dominica Citizenship by Investment
Economic Diversification Fund (EDF) contribution: USD 200,000 non-refundable contribution covering a single applicant, the OECS-harmonized minimum effective June 30, 2024 under the Caribbean Citizenship by Investment Programmes Agreement, administered by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU)
Additional family additions under EDF: scaled tariff for spouse, dependent children, dependent parents, and dependent grandparents, with each dependent adding to the base USD 200,000 contribution per current CBIU tariff
Real estate investment: USD 200,000 minimum in a government-approved real estate project, held for at least 3 years before resale; eligible projects include approved hotels, resorts, and tourism developments on the CBIU approved list
Government processing and Citizenship by Investment Unit (CBIU) administration fees, plus due diligence fees per principal applicant, spouse, and dependents aged 16 and older
Mandatory virtual or in-person interview fee for all applicants aged 16 and older under the 2024 OECS framework, plus document apostille, legalization, translation, and biometric capture costs
