Non-refundable donation to the Dominica Economic Diversification Fund, the OECS-harmonized minimum under ECCIRA (operational Q2 2026), administered by the CBIU. Family of four totals USD 250,000. Additional dependents add USD 25,000 (under 18) or USD 50,000 (18 or older) each. The simplest and lowest-friction route with no holding period, operational, or asset-management requirements.
Real Estate Investment — from USD 200,000 in a government-approved project (3 to 5 year hold)
Purchase real estate worth at least USD 200,000 in a CBIU-approved project. Eligible projects include approved hotels, resorts, and tourism developments.
