Saint Lucia Citizenship by Investment
National Economic Fund (NEF) contribution: USD 200,000 non-refundable contribution covering a single applicant, the OECS-harmonized minimum effective June 30, 2024 under the Caribbean Citizenship by Investment Programmes Agreement, administered by the Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU)
Additional family additions under NEF: scaled tariff for spouse, dependent children, dependent parents, and dependent grandparents, with each dependent adding to the base USD 200,000 contribution per current CIU tariff
Real estate investment: USD 300,000 minimum in a government-approved real estate project, held for at least 5 years before resale; eligible projects include approved hotels, resorts, and tourism developments on the CIU approved list
Government bond and enterprise project routes: alternative qualifying investment options under the Citizenship by Investment Act 2015 with separate minimums, holding periods, and job-creation thresholds; structured case-by-case in consultation with Saint Lucia CIU and licensed agents
Government processing and Citizenship by Investment Unit (CIU) administration fees, plus due diligence fees per principal applicant, spouse, and dependents aged 16 and older
